Each entrant or transfer student must complete and submit the application documents to the Extension Office by the indicated deadline on the application form.

The application documents can be picked up from our office.

The recommendation form must be submitted in a sealed envelope.

Applications of transfer students are processed after the students have completed the academic year at the schools they are transferring from, and after we have received an official sealed transcript from the school.

Primary school leavers must submit a copy of their BNSE or PSE results, where applicable.

 New Entrants:

• Must be in possession of at least a Primary School Leaving Certificate.
• Application form must be accompanied by two letters of recommendation.

Transfer Students:

• Must have completed the academic year at the school they are transferring from and the application must be accompanied with an official sealed transcript from the school.
• Application forms for new applicants must be accompanied by two letters of recommendation.

Transient Students:

• Must provide valid reasons (proof required) for leaving and may be allowed to continue studies at Extension.
• Must clear all outstanding tuition before returning to school.
• Application form must be accompanied by two letters of recommendation.
