SJC in Action to Prevent Violence and Promote Peace
The distribution of the purple ribbon marked the beginning of Violence Prevention Week at Saint John’s College. This event, which lasted from March 3 to 7, was a dynamic collaboration among the Counseling Center, Campus Ministry, and the Hunter Commission. The theme was ‘Be Like Christ - Silence the Violence, Increase the Peace.’

Belizean Studies publishes special Archaeology Issue
For thirty years, St. John’s College has been publishing the journal Belizean Studies. This morning at SJC’s Landivar campus, the editors released a special issue on Archaeology in Belize. The publication features seven articles, some of which were penned by two of the country’s premier archaeologists: Doctors Jaime Awe and John Morris. For Awe, the book is a treasure trove of information for anyone interested in Belize’s history.
