These include student enrollment, course registration, and maintaining academic records and transcripts. The office also provides essential support to faculty and administrative departments, regularly compiling enrollment statistics for institutional use. Additionally, the office handles data requests from external agencies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Student Records
The office is dedicated to maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades, class schedules, and contact information. We also manage registration holds and track remaining degree requirements to support students on their academic journey.
Enrollment
The office oversees the preparation of college catalogs and class schedules, assisting students with course registration and scheduling. Additionally, the office provides enrollment verification to student loan lenders for deferment purposes.
Academic Records
The office manages academic records and credentials, including transcripts and diplomas. The office also evaluates academic records and ensures timely grade verification with professors.
Graduation
The office oversees the graduation process, including auditing student records, clearing candidates for graduation, and calculating academic honors.

Transfer of Courses
IMPORTANT: This form is to be used for approval of any courses that a regularly-enrolled student or student on leave wishes to take at another college/university. The form should be filled out before a course is taken. Otherwise, the student risks the possibility of future difficulties with meeting program requirements.
