For an application to be considered, all the above requirements must be submitted before the application deadline to the Human Resources Office:
1. Cover Letter
2. SJC Application Form (complete all questions)
3. Resume
4. Copies of College Transcripts (Must have Official Transcripts when hired)
5. Certified copy of highest degree
6. M.O.E. medical & drug test (for Faculty positions)
7. Police Record
8. Two recent references
9. Certified copy of license to teach (if applicable)
10. Certified copy of birth certificate or passport page
11. Certified copy of social security card
