

About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer at St. John’s College is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of student payments and maintaining proper financial records of all receivables. The officer supports the Finance Office by reconciling daily cash collections, updating student accounts, assisting with financial reporting, and communicating with students and staff regarding account inquiries. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to the College’s Jesuit values of integrity, professionalism, and service.
Requirements
Minimum of an associate’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting
At least 2 years of work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic accounting knowledge and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic
Commitment to representing the College internally and externally in a manner consistent with its mission, values, and professional standards
