St. John's College Extension held its first Open Day on April 24, 2009. The purpose of the Open day was to show case the work of the students in the different courses offered. The next Open Day is scheduled for 2011.

The first Sports’ Day activities were held at the SJC Gymnasium on March 15, 2009. Activities planned for the day were basketball, volleyball, lime and spoon race, needle and thread race, relay race and tug-o-war. The next Sports’ Day is planned for March 2010.
