Student Affairs Office – General Policies

Identification Cards

All students are required to hold an official SJC photo identification card during the time of their enrollment. The student ID card is non-transferable and should be worn by the student at all times while on campus. This card is required for social events and for use of library and computer lab facilities. All photo IDs are taken at the time of registration. They are validated for two years; color coded by program of study or schools and is distributed through the Student Affairs Office. The payment of an ID card fee is required. Students are required to show their ID cards to security personnel, faculty, staff, administrators and student council members upon request. Read More

Extension Spotlight



Extension building was renamed Stochl Hall on January 22, 2009 in honor of Fr. John Stochl SJ, who founded St. John’s College Extension in 1947.
