On Wednesday, May 17, 2023, an information session was held for parents and prospective students interested in or who had applied for the Associate's Degree programs in pre-engineering and pre-nursing. The event was hosted by the President of the college, Mrs. Mirtha Peralta.

During the session, Mrs. Peralta shared exciting news with attendees that the college plans to extend the programs into Bachelor Degree programs in the near future. Other guest presenters spoke with prospective students about their experiences in the engineering and nursing fields in Belize. Prospective students were given a copy of the course sequence for the programs and had the opportunity to ask questions about fees, courses, course modality, and other concerns they may have had.

The information session was a great opportunity for prospective students to learn more about the programs and the college's plans for the future. With the promise of Bachelor Degree programs on the horizon, students can now look forward to a wider range of opportunities and a more comprehensive education in their chosen field.
